I aim to:
- Respond to each enquiry within 24 hours of receiving the enquiry.
- Ensure prompt dispatch of any materials (e.g. brochures, CDs); in
particular, to send these items first class so that they are received by the
client as soon as possible.
- Make a therapy session available to each client as soon as is practically
- Get each client through therapy in as few sessions as possible, consistent
with the client's needs.
- Carry out a process of continuous improvement by listening to any ideas,
suggestions or comments.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in therapy by committing to
training and continual personal development.
