Quality Assurance

I believe in providing a quality service at an affordable cost. Listed below are the actions I aim to undertake in order to achieve this.

I aim to:

  • Respond to each enquiry within 24 hours of receiving the enquiry.
  • Ensure prompt dispatch of any materials (e.g. brochures, CDs); in particular, to send these items first class so that they are received by the client as soon as possible.
  • Make a therapy session available to each client as soon as is practically possible.
  • Get each client through therapy in as few sessions as possible, consistent with the client's needs.
  • Carry out a process of continuous improvement by listening to any ideas, suggestions or comments.
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments in therapy by committing to training and continual personal development.
