Hypno-analysis

Hypno-analysis (or hypnoanalysis) is a variation on psychoanalysis. Hypnosis is used over 6 to 12 sessions, each lasting about 50 minutes, and can obtain similar results to a more conventional “1000-hour” analysis.

Hypno-analysis can be summarised briefly as the doctrine of “cause and effect”; every effect (the symptom) must have a cause. Hypno-analysis can reveal and thus remove the cause, consequently relieving the symptoms.

Emotional and psychosomatic problems respond particularly well to hypno-analysis. The objective of analysis is to bring you “a moment of surprising and liberating enlightenment”, and you can be fairly confident that a release will be obtained within six to twelve sessions of analysis. With these cases, we are talking about a complete and lasting release by finding and removing originating causes - as opposed to mere control of symptoms by suggestion.

The use of hypnosis can dramatically “speed up” analysis, and this is why hypno-analysis is as potent and effective as it is.
